*Valid ID required. Must be enrolled in either a veterinary or veterinary technician program and not yet have matriculated with a DVM, VMD or veterinary technician degree. Post-graduate studies do not qualify for student registration.
**Guests/spouses may attend the Opening Reception and Champagne Poster Reception (badge required). Does not include admittance to the conference program, meals or breaks.

Written cancellations must be postmarked or emailed to email@example.com by August 15, 2019. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made after this date or for no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 45 business days and a 20% processing fee (up to $90) will be deducted.

AHS has reserved a block of rooms at the Ritz-Carlton at a discounted rate of $179; these rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary continental breakfast each morning of the conference, as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks and the AHS business meeting lunch on Tuesday, are included for registered conference attendees. Please note that these meals and breaks are not included for guests/spouses.
Both conference attendees and registered guests/spouses can also enjoy the Sunday evening opening reception and the Monday afternoon poster session.
